How much does shipping cost to my location?
Abracadabra Bali provides complimentary international express shipping for all orders over $150 USD, as well as for all orders delivered to customers across Bali island-wide. Shipping costs for orders falling below this threshold will be calculated during checkout.

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide express, however buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may exist. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs.

What is your return policy?
We offer free exchanges on all orders within 30 days of delivery.

What do I do if I receive incorrect or faulty goods?

What if my ring doesn't fit?
In case your ring doesn't fit, we are more than happy to arrange an exchange for you in the correct size within a typical timeframe of 30 days.
