If you're in Bali, please enclose a note with your basic information and reason for return (such as name, order number, item, and reason for exchange). Duties and taxes aren't refunded for international returns. Returns are typically processed within 7 business days upon receipt and once processed, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please retain your tracking number and relevant details to ensure a smooth return process. Please be advised that Abracadabra Bali cannot be held responsible for lost packages during transit.
